Nobody is forcing you to read it or reply to it so move on I was simply asking for opinions obviously from girls since men can't get pregnant and I'm not stupid just concerned and I don't think it's necessary to involve a doc at this point.

Wow gotta love smart *kitten* I was more hoping to get girls opinions from past pregnancies. I yes I have a child but had no symptoms with him so this is different and I don't want to take a test too early.

oh and I seen someone else say that some members struggle to reach their calorie diet after changing eating habits and its true. Yesterday I was really under but I just wasnt hungry!!

It takes time for your body to adjust and thats a big difference, maybe cutting back slowly would be better instead of dramatically reducing your calorie intake all at once. Plus if you've just eaten and still hungry drink a bunch of water, it'll trick your mind into thinking your full.

lol its so funny you said that...I tried the Atkins diet when I was 16 and in a week I had never been soooo moody and depressed in my life!!! I've now cut carbs once again but this time I'm eating awhole lot better than I did before and I dont feel hungry and my mood has gotten better!!

I think all sodas should be banned period...there is not nutrional value what-so-ever. Plus sugar is addicting, so you take bread...pasta...desserts---things high in carbs and then drink high in sugar and you're overloading your body with sugar. I usually get home from work, make dinner, eat, wait an hour or two, workout, and like an hour later I'm starving. I thought about doing this yesterday when I gave into my craving up chips. I was full just got done eating dinner and really wanted them! I had no reason to want to eat, I just did. I get extrememly tired if I workout in the morning! Like so tired I cant function lol so I workout at night. haha well I've heard the yogurt and avocado can both replace mayo so I figured if I blended them it wouldnt be so bland because the yogurt is very tart.

the calorie count would depend on what kind of turkey you use. But look at my food diary :) And I thought about trying avocado, altho I've never tried one! I cant get past the fat content, even tho I know its the good kind lol. As far as brown rice goes---hate it!! I dont mind wheat anything except tortillas and rice lol…
