I LOVE mine as well, I have the LINK version that syncs to my phone. It doesn't show you a HR but IMHO it tells you more accurately what you burn is during a set exercise and for the day.

I have both the bodymedia and the bodybugg, after using both of them I prefer the BodyMedia - the website is much more user friendly, and I've found it to have less issues with connectivity that I did with the bodybugg site. . I have them connected for the food logging into BM, but in MFP I don't even pay attention to it because it just confuses me... anyone else that can figure it out please let us know....:/ I just stick to the numbers on Body Media and use MFP for tracking and social :D

I love the bodybugg - it keeps me accurate on what I really burn during the day. I try to keep a 500-1000 calorie deficit for about a 2 pound loss a week, shouldn't be more than that isn't healthy. I also keep mine around 1400-1500. It has been working better for me than less, my body needs that extra bit to know that I'm not starving it.
