I have the stupid flu bug so didn't eat anything yesterday and didn't work out. Probably going to be the same again today :/.

Yesterday I had a mini frosty for 75kcals - did kettlebell work out for 130kcals.

I'm really excited for the challenge this week - I think it will help me concentrate on getting in exercise each day. I eat pretty clean except for my chocolate from Germany, but I'm excited! :D I'm gonna kill it this week, yes I am! :) Good luck everyone, you can do it!

Alright since I wasn't around yesterday for the auction (plus it might be that I'm blonde, but it really confused me) I'll be doing my deck workout this week, I loved it. I did it yesterday and plan on doing it again today and everyday but Sat/Sun :). Saturday I'll be doing the 30 down last chance workout. :)

AshleyMeggg - Have you tried any Kettlebell workouts? I love them. I just have one bell and use it for everything - there are a ton of workouts online via text or video.

Yay - Week 3! :D GOALS: *I loved the deck challenge and want to do it at least 2x this week. *Keeping up/increasing water intake. *Get up and do a small workout before work each morning. *I going to try to not eat out AT ALL this week - keep it fresh and keep it home. :)

How did you find 3/4? I just did 3 for the first time yesterday and I wanted to die - def have to modify a lot of it, but I'm gonna keep going because I know I felt the same way with 1/2 when I first started, now I can do those fine - I wanna just go back but I'm gonna keep pushing forward....

I was so exhausted tonight, I couldn't keep my eyes open - but I decided I'm worth this and I can do 30 mins and it'll be over. It went by faster than it had any other day! You can do it!

I have those spoons and I LOVE THEM! My set came with three. I use a scale also and I measure EVERYTHING & ALL THE TIME, and it has helped me get to where I am now.
