Odd NSV: stood on the scale at the end of the day right after working out, chugging water - and I've eaten today. One usually weighs more after all of that, nope not me the scale said only .4 more than my weigh-in on Friday morning. I had to stand on it at least 5 more times to make sure I saw that right. Whether it was a fluke or not, it just motivated me more!
