i don't use dressing and because salad is min calorie I don't hesitate to dumping chicken/cheese in there... load up veggies and even nuts or dried fruit is good... but be careful not to overload it with too much calories :) good luck

What kind of doctor are you seeing?? I can't even imagine a licensed professional telling you it was ok to eat 600-900 calories a day?? eeek?? I would look for advice from another physician, eat healthier, and exercise... GOOD JOB on seeking others advice and making an effort to better your life. xo

I agree with adding more veggies... it seems like you are eating a ton of food but you really aren't... and the protein would make sense since by lifting weights you are building muscle... 3 months smoke free :) after 15 years.... I used patches for a month until I felt like I could get through the anxious moments... (my skin was irritated, but was better than smoking) I feel great and my husband, my father, and mother in law are also smoke free now too... GOOD LUCK

Regardless of them being in their natural state, they still have calories, carbs,sugar etc... they still are a part of caloric intake...I think you are correct in saying you would only be cheating yourself... Try starting fresh, but be fair to yourself! :) You can do this... !

I think everyone is going to be different on this topic... Probably depends on elasticity, genetics, where you lose weight first/last... what type of exercises you do... etc... Hopefully, it just works out for your benefit... in the end, gravity wins for most of us ;)
