What's your goal? To gain or lose? It seems to me (definitely not an expert) that you eat very little, for a healthy?, 18 year old!!

I don't have the answers you are looking for, but it sounds to me like you are doing the right thing! It's probably very frustrating waiting for your weight to level out so you can cut! Is it possible your TDEE is too high?? Just smile :) positive thoughts, body follows! Xo

Yea, I have heard to weigh yourself in the am and not after strenuous workouts, but body does fluctuate a few pounds! I think it won't hurt to buy a scale (I like to ignore mine lol) it's dusty if you want it :))

Ok then that will be tomorrow :) morning! I was actually sore today from yesterday's lifting and was surprised by the # being low (disappointed too because I dread the thought Of increasing my calories more)

So I weighed today because I wanted to make sure TDEE was right! Should be gaining... I actually lost 3lbs (mid day fully clothed) so... Must I increase or just wait till my two week mark?

i have never heard making sure you were at the right TDEE?? is this to make sure I am not over exercising and have not figured my TDEE correctly?

So, because for 10 days I have gained nothing, I should increase another 250 calories?? for 2 weeks? if I still gain nothing increase again?

Day 10: The scary part, eating more and gaining, has subsided! I feel really strong after 10 days! I'm not bloated and I'm thrilled to see that I have not gained anything by increasing full TDEE! Although, I have not lost, I'm confident that I am where I am supposed to be! I feel great! I hope, some little voice whispers…

I'm on day 5! 4 kids under 10 also! Eat right, exercise well and trying to eat more to be healthier! Love to have some new friends on same page :)

I have blood sugar issues and at night I tend to want to stay up later (enjoying the peace of children sleeping) the longer I am awake the hungrier I get.
