hey guys! So I've realized I need to eat before my workout because I feel as tho I have zero energy!
I was thinking of eating some yogurt and fruit an hour before working out?
Yay or nay?
:)
Any recipes would be helpful! :)
Cheers! :))

    Yay to fruit, especially banana.

Nay no yoghurt - I find it repeats really badly when exercising

I've read (and tried it and found it works) to have a big hit of protein before a workout. I usually have chicken thigh or breast grilled and kept in the fridge for just before I head to the gym. Bananas are also great because they have lots of potassium which helps build muscle.

I'd say no to dairy... yes to a bit of fruit, egg, nuts etc. eat something light.
