Iv just put all my stats into Heybales spreadsheet ... Omg ... I'm scared to go up again ... 1800 odd cals I should be eating .. I need encouragement please :-/ gulp x
Have been eating at 1600-1700 ... My tdee is 2200 .. So much more than the fa 2 fit calcs gave me ..!! X

    It will be ok :) It gets easier as the days go on...!

    Give it time to work. Your TDEE may or maybe not be right at 2200. But while you are on your reset you can monitor that. If at 2200 you begin over the next few weeks to gain 0.5 pound per week then you are eating 250 calories over your TDEE. But, remember the early gains at 2200 could be just water retention. Give it a few weeks to level out.

    Well, that either means your activity is more than you guessed with 5 levels, or your Katch BMR is higher than the Harris BMR.

    That would be really great, more LBM. Really want to hold on to that.

    Even if it is a math inaccuracy based on measurements giving bad BF%, that will protect the LBM while the fat drops.
    Measurements will change and BF% will get better.

    Calories may drop after your next measurements some weeks out. Not because you lost LBM, but estimates got better.

    But better to approach this direction than the other.
