  • I have always used a machine and was craving some last night. When I went to pull it out I realized the last time we used the machine it caught fire (a very small electrical fire) and we threw it out. I knew you could do it on the stove, but didn't know how. I'll remember this for next time.

  • I am 6' and currently 209lbs. I started out this journey in December at 235 lbs and joined mfp in March at 232 lbs. My goal is 180 lbs. When I get there I will decide if losing more makes sense for me.
