  • I dont follow the meal plan (way too hard with food aversions and time) but eat healthy and good and have had great results!!! Its so hard but so worth it!! Can anyone tell me how to log the exercise? What do you put it as so I can get an accurate calorie burn?? Thanks!!
  • I'm with you...... its round 2 for me too!! My best friend is getting married in July and has asked me to be her maid of honor... I hate to think people will see me and think "thats the fat bridesmaid" I don't want to ruin her pictures so I need to kick it up a little!! You can both add me if you would like!!!
  • That is the first book I bought!! LOVE it!! I am not a drinker so that is pretty easy for me!! I think it's the quick lunches and breakfasts that are going to be tricky. And all the snack food I LOVED when we were travelling. It's about 6 hours by car so.......... lots of snacks to pack!

  • I am hoping to lose 100 pounds!! It's going to be hard but making it a lifestyle change rather than a diet makes much more sense to me!! Glad I found someone else with the same goals!!
