Its super hard for me because I have a 7 and 4 year old so I don't wanna bring all these different guys into their lives. I hate dating too btw lol. I beg to differ on #2. I'm currently taking Cymbalta and although the side effect may not be fatal, its feels pretty damn close. If I miss a does I get brain shocks, nausea, and extreme mood swings, like bad enough where I want to kill someone. So I consider that to be pretty fatal.

Curious about how you tapered off of Cymbalta. Ive taken it for 4 or 5 years and I get horrible withdrawal symptoms when I lower my dose. Did this happen to you?

Wow good job! I started p90x but stopped after a couple of weeks. I liked it but the workouts are sooo long lol. I want a workout to be like 30 min. Maybe I'll give it another go.

My hormones got crazy out of control after my second son. I went to a compound pharmacy and had my hormones tested and my progesterone (the happy hormones) levels were extremely low. I've been using a progesterone cream and can notice a big improvement in my mood and energy levels.
