  • Great work, you're doing fantastic
  • I was weighing myself every night and it could change by anything up to 3lbs. This week I've put my weighing scales into the top of the press and I'm not taking it out until next Tuesday (last weighed in on Tuesday gone by) to see how it goes, I'm hoping that there will be a drop and then it will keep me motivated.
  • Hey, i'm the worst dieter! I find I have a good day and spend the next patting myself on the back for it. But since joining MFP I've found it much easier to see what I'm actually consuming, it's making a difference to my attitude towards dieting. Feel free to add me, I'd love the support. So many of you are doing so well,…
  • I'm gone a lot of the day so anything that reheats well sounds good. I can turn my hand to anything, I love doing anything in the oven....mainly because I can get a load of other house work done while I'm waiting. Not a huge fan of croc pots but l am happy to give anything a go if it sounds like it could be tasty. Great…
  • That's a great idea. I seem to be drawing a blank when it comes to meals.
  • woohoo, good going
  • I'd love to have a look at that too if you don't mind. Any advice on training to run with patellar tendinitis? I love running but once my knee goes I could be out of the loop for a few weeks and during that time I always loose fitness. Sorry for jumping in on your question jazzie_red, I find Tiffany rothe videos are…
  • Keep in mind the first 2k of a 10k is incredibly slow because you have so many people at the start. After the first 2 k the crowd start to disperse and you'll find your comfort zone, the crowd always keep you motivated. Being able to run 5k now is brilliant regardless of how quick you move, you're doing it for you don't…
  • Body con dresses if you are a dress person, my inspiration is Kate Winslet she's always maintained a decent figure, has curves and knows how to dress them.
  • 27, need people to help motivate me especially when I'm not doing my best
  • Are you counting your walks in on your calorie counter? If not do keep in mind that this does allow a little wiggle room regarding your consumable calories, I mean a little because as you know yourself it's a combination of exercise and nutrition that encourage weight loss. Why do you want to change your activity? Just as…
  • Absolutely brilliant, well done. You're proving it can be done! Keep the good work going you are an inspiration.
  • Depending on if you are looking for something sweet to kill cravings of if you just want something to fill a gap. Carrots and hummus are pretty good, you can have about 10 stickes (roughly 2 1/2 inchces long) with 3 tbsp of hummus. It keeps you ticking over. If you are looking for something more substantial then 2 medium…
