My boyfriend met me prior to my weight loss he is extremely supportive i really appreciated the fact that he saw me for who i was not the overweight gal i used to be he didnt push me or anything but if someone has a problem with their SO weight..they should do activities outdoors ..try to eat healthier ..or in the end…

there is always a fluctuation in a persons weight Water weight is usually the reason why there is a sudden weight gain. Gaining muscle (for women) is something that is not done over night-especially not within 11 day period gaining a lb of muscle for a woman take a bit more time

Why do people honestly say muscle weighs more than fat if you have a pound of muscle and a pound of fat...they are equivalent in weight
