Your question is discussed in the thread I linked.

Ah okay, so it's 128g of dry lentils. It looks like its actually 32g protein, not 28. http://www.sadaf.com/sadaf-domestic-red-lentils-21-4042/

Can you link me to where it says this?

34g protein? Are you sure? That must be a lot of lentils.

Yep the rice thing worked for me too. I REALLY wet my iphone last year(it turns out that I am not very good at kayaking...or swimming). Just make sure you turn it off immediately and keep it off. I kept it in the rice for a few weeks and after replacing the battery for ten bucks, it was as good as new.

I consider walking to be cardio. But for our purposes, arguing about what is and what is not cardio is about as useful as trying to define "clean". The latter is subjective. The term "cardio" is a colloquialism - defining it isn't very easy. For example, all resistance training involves the cardiovascular system to some…

Sweet, I'm going to try this out on my pet mouse, he's been getting fatter and fatter lately.

Right, brown rice has more fiber, which could potentially make you feel full and cause you to eat less. Neither of which will matter much if you are already tracking calories and eating a crapload of veggies to cover your fiber intake. Bottom line is if brown rice makes it easier for you to hit your calorie goal, then go…

Dietary cholesterol doesn't necessarily have much to do with blood cholesterol. Cholesterol intake tends to have a minor effect on total blood cholesterol. But it's just going to depend, there are a wide range of differences in how people respond to dietary cholesterol (hypo and hyperresponders).

I've dropped/gained 8 lbs in a day, many many times. Water retention can mask true fat loss for an extended period of time. If you're going to look at the scale, just focus on trends over time.
-
Stop categorizing foods as "good" or "bad", because it's too simplistic and basically nonsense. Focus on your daily calorie + macro/micronutrient intake, because that's what matters if your goal is weight loss.

Count the calories from your banana and move on. Don't worry about sugar intake.

There's better thermogenics, but yes, green tea, when combined with caffeine, will have a minor influence on your metabolism.

A pulse. It can be pretty romantic, usually gets me in the mood.

I've done yoga before. It has benefits.

Yeah but I don't think it's exactly the same thing as what happened with the Heat. KG/Allen both stayed with their old teams for a long time, throughout their prime years.

Which one is a "better choice" would depend on the situation, not that they are mutually exclusive. I wasn't implying that creatine is mandatory. Obviously protein powders should be consumed if you cannot hit your protein goal without them.
-
Take 5g creatine and about 10g fish oil daily. Protein powders aren't mandatory, you'll be fine eating real food.

Ya'll are just lucky Rose went down in the first game of the playoffs. Westbrook has nightmares about Rose.

Bosh will cry tonight. Rondo vs Westbrook will be fun to watch.

Is it really so hard to be creepy? Allow me to demonstrate. Hey! You're Irish! I love Irish people. My cousin is half Irish. You're so cool! Don't Irish people drink a lot? Anyway, we should go out drinking together sometime. I know you're a bit young and it's going to be long distance because I'm in the states, but I…

Wow, so that's why people do it! I never understood that.

What tiger said. Along with that, increasing protein intake and eating more fibrous veggies will help you stay full. But if you already hit your caloric goal and you're going over it because you're having problems with binging at night, try brushing your teeth at night, after your last meal - it helps some people (not…

Some of these creepy ones are great, thanks for the ideas!
