so, i just lost my first ten pounds and decided to re-structure my goals. After I put in all the information (I now weigh 130 pounds, my goal is 120) the calculator said I would only loose 0.3 pounds per week! thanks for the tips. I did some cardio last night and had enough calories left over to have a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream. :] Maybe that will end up being my motivation, the treats I get afterward. Yum! :] ~Casey

I generally log my breakfast and lunch foods in the morning. If I bring snacks with me I'll add those as well, even if I end up eating something different, I know about how many calories I can have later.
