Today was my day 2 of level 1. Last night I felt like jelly. I was so tired! Tonight it went much better! I try to avoid this by checking calories before eating. If we're out I take and extra 5 minutes before ordering and check calories on anything I'm interested in. I also try to plan my big meal and then know ahead of time my other meals will have to be smaller. That may not help you, but I've been there before and these…
