  • It is amazing Kelly. I have resisted having to track my food because I was "too busy." Turns out I was working out too much and not eating enough! That law of diminishing returns is really something. I love the simplicity and ease of using this program. I'm inspiring others to sign up as well. Being healthy is contagious.
