My week is going pretty well calorie and food wise. Ive been in a major slump with exercise for the past 2 weeks or more. I just dont have the motivation. Ive been drinking Crystal Lite Sugar Free or the off brands of the powder mixes. I believe they are either 5 cal. or even some are 0 cal.

I had one yeast chocolate covered donut. I know, probably NOT the best choice but a big accomplishment for being able to just eat one. YAY!!

Oct 1 sw= 245 Oct 21 w= 239.8 I hit my goal for this challange!!! MY GOAL is 235 by Oct 31. Lets see if I can hit that one :)

Checking in Oct 1 = 245 Oct 12 = 244 Only 1 lb! Last month I was losing a lot more, faster. I guess I need to really start the exercising back up huh. The bigger picture...I have lost 11 lbs since starting MFP. Gotta stay positive!
