Definitely yoga and weight lifting. I run/go on the stairmaster for 45 minutes a day but I get bored easily.

Saving for later! blocked at work!

I eat plain oats and stir a spoon of peanut butter in it and top it with bananas or blueberries. You could also add honey to sweeten it up. It takes like 5 minutes to make.

Mines at 1350, recently upped it from 1200 as I have only 10lbs to lose. Open diary.

I have the same schedule as you. I work 8-5 everyday, I come home and have a small snack, wait an hour or so, go to the gym (even though its always packed around this time) and then have a light supper afterwards.

I used to do that while I was in school. I had school from 8-12 and then work from 2-10 so getting in a workout and finishing homework was difficult. I've even ran on a treadmill while studying my textbook. You gotta do what you gotta do. Obviously you probably can't get as much as a workout while having another focus,…

21 here.!

I had this same problem for months. Also looked at your diary, you eat a TON of sodium. I would try to keep that below 2500mg everyday and drink more water to flush it out. It could be making you retain water. I only weigh myself once every 2 weeks to avoid getting discouraged. Good luck on your journey!

1/2 banana 1 tbsp. peanut butter 4 ice cubes 1/2 cup water 1 scoop either chocolate or vanilla is good. Almost everyday, never gets old. Around 265 calories.

Haha yeah it is hard not to offend them. The ladies in my aisle take turns bringing things every day of the week. It's terrible. They leave them on the vacant desk across from me staring at me for 8 hours a day.

Definately #1 And working in an office setting where lemon loafs and cupcakes are constantly being offered to you.

They don't sell it where I live. I order it off fitshop.ca

You can add it as a cardivascular exercise, just search strength training.

Feel free to add me, I am 21 years old, 5'1" with an open diary. I'd also like friends with open diaries for reference. Thanks

I didn't feel much difference. Level 3 is a dramatic change from level 2. However, I think you will be fine, it focusses more on arms and back. Just do it at your own pace and move on. You can also follow the modified moves with the girl on the right to make it easier for you.

I am 5'1" and 115lbs give or take. My goal weight is 105ish. I'll see how I feel when the time comes. I eat 1200+exercise calories. I was seeing the exact 115.6lbs everyday for about 2 months. I increased my water intake and reduced sodium (under 2500mg). Also changing your workout routine is important. I started doing gym…

I think you should extend your deficit, maybe try 1600 per day. Eat more protein to make sure you are feeling fuller. Exercise more exessively for the next week, and switch up your routine. Drink lots of water (as you have been) As well, you should track your sodium intake. You should stay below 2500mg. This helped me get…

I'm 5'1 and weigh 114lbs. I would like to weigh around 108 and then re-evaluate from there. The calculator says i'm currently 25% bf but i'm not sure how accurate that is. I'd like to be 21% which is the bottom of the 'healthy range' for my age.

About 2 hours a day should be tops unless it is split up throughout the day.

I was at the same weight for a month and a half. Less sodium (under 2000mg), lots of water and more time put in the gym. I am down 1.6lbs finally after a week of this.
-
Hi, I hit a plateau for just over 4 weeks. I upped my water intake, made sure my sodium was under 2000mg per day and exercized even harder for the next week. The following week I was back on track with a pound lost. Hope this helps.
-
Drink more water, try to stay under 2000mg of sodium and workout extra hard for the next week. Within a week, you should start to see things moving again.

definitely in my collarbone area and chest.

I just started and I like it. You might want to do it on top of a regular exercise routine as it is only 20 minutes. All you need is a set of hand weights. You can access it off youtube, but I bought it for like $7 at Walmart. Good luck.

Actually i've seen results too. One of my friends was having stomach problems and found out they were alergic to wheat. They stopped eating it and dropped weight instantly, at least 10 pounds in 2 months, without changing anything else. So although I agree that Dr. Oz throws a lot of information at you and you have to…

I'm 5'1 and am netting 1200 calories. This worked for me as I lost around 15 pounds within 3-4 months. From 131lbs at my heaviest and now 115.2lbs. I'm now working on strength training and my weight has not changed for a couple weeks but I am seeing a difference nontheless.
