Add me! Summer 2018 bride as well!

I'm not sure how to add but you can add me! I'm back on here to lose 10-15 before my wedding in August!
-
Welcome back! I'm in the exact same boat as you. Lost 16lbs on here and they creeped back on. Now I'm getting married in August and I'm back on here to lose 10-15 before the wedding!!

Drink lots of water, and eat quality food. Fill up on vegetables, and have them accompany every meal, they are extremely low cal.
-
I was the same. 115lbs.
-
I can't imagine how you feel right now! That is awesome, congradulations!

I can't relate because my BMR is 1200. I would agree with the suggestion to eat 1500-2000 calories max. If you're concerned with BMR then eat 1900. 2000+ calories seems like a lot. You should be eating less than 2500mg of sodium a day. It is incredibly easy to reach this eating proccessed foods so be careful.

For most trail mix it is 190 calories for just 1/4th of a cup. Give that a try.

I lived at home AND gained 15 pounds exactly! Mine was contributed from the cafeteria food, and watch out for starbucks... the 500 cal mocha/latte etc every morning... and I had a 'spare' so that's when I would maybe get another one. Once I realized that the weight was slowly creeping on and becoming more aware of calorie…

This is amazing! Keep up the hard work!

you could just stick them in a blender and make a drink to go with your meal. make it before hand and bring an ice pack. or peppers mushrooms, baby tomatoes...
-
If you go with the other method. You would not add your exercise calories. You would just eat at that constant number everyday as exercise is already accounted for.
-
No. Because the calories they give you is at a deficet already. The amount they give you is to lose the 2lbs a week. You want to net the calories they give you. So if you workout, and add the calories, and eat them back, you are still meeting that 2lb a week deficit. So if you eat for example 1200 calories, then work out…

Hi Gail. You set this in your setting, fitness profile. Put your current weight, and goal, and choose one of the following fitness profiles. In MFP, you do not count the exercise as part of the "sedentary" etc. If you have a desk job, choose sedentary. When you workout, you will add it as a cardiovascular exercise and it…

That is fine.

i'm going to be the first of many to suggest peanut butter. I eat it with an apple. The perfect snack.

I put a scoop of peanut butter in it. Also, cook banana slices or peaches in a frying pan with coconut oil and put it on top. Then pumpkin pie spice. So good.

tuna sandwiches or oatmeal!

You are gorgeous! Keep up the good work!

5'1" here!

I only want to lose around 10. I think October would be a good timeline. I'm in :)

It doesn't look like you have much to lose at all. I would do more cardio, watch your diet and create a reasonable deficit. Lift a little after each session to maintain LBM. It's worked for me.

Haha #7 is great. I definitely notice #1. I've taken in all my pants, 28$ a pair! and they ended up being too big after 3 weeks. This summer I wanted to save up a ton, but I ended up going on giant shopping sprees instead. Can't complain though. I wouldn't take the weight back or my purchases for that matter :).

You look awesome, happy and healthy! Good job, keep it up!
