Sour cream in your protein shake?!

I really hope you didn't have 3 bowels of Kix cereal...funky bowelz

**those are really big cookies though so having part of one wasn't just a bite lol

I think it's kinda like treating yourself or allowing yourself to have something because you want to and not because it fits in your diet 100%. But it doesn't have to be a whole meal...like, because of my workout this morning and not eating until 1:00 I had about 200-300 calories uneaten...so I just had half a cookie. And…

I've had the same product come up but the nutrition info was different from what's on the package

More info?

There's the same amount of sugar and protein in all of the respective milk types -non-fat, 2% and whole. Give or take maybe 1 gram difference which I think just depends on the brand - you can pretty much pick up a cup of milk and know it's gonna have 12/13 g sugar and 8/9 g protein regardless of how much fat it has. Plain…

Try coconut water during and/or after workouts. I've gotten post-workout headaches before but never with coconut water. If you wanna go cheap and less healthy, drink a Gatorade.

That coffee shake sounds delicious, like a protein frappé

Don't do any cardio unless it's to warm up your muscles for lifting or a brief session after lifting. Eat more than you need to maintain + calories lost from workout. Lots of carbs and protein. Drink lots of water. Consider adding creatine, beta-alanine, BCAAs and fish oil to your supplement regimen. Lift as heavy as…

So far I've stuck with the cheap and unflavored (I mix with a pre-workout powder before fasted cardio). BodyTech has 66 servings for $27, although I can't remember if the ratio is 3:1:1, I think it may be. I just bought True Athlete because Vitamin Shoppe had a buy one get one half off deal. So I'm just looking for deals…

Taking them at night before bed has been recommended since you'll be going so long without food. Especially if you're gonna do fasted workout the next morning, might not be a bad idea to have them with your shake before bed and then by themselves the next morning. At least, that's what I do.

Haven't really thought about sexuality on here, but I've seen a couple posts from gay dudes. Lesbians always seem harder to find ...unless you live in Austin like I do ;) there will always be LGBT folk around wherever you go even if you don't know it (they might not either!!)

From what I've read and understand, soy is not a bad source of protein at all, it just depends on the quality and how it was made. When I get soy milk, I get organic unsweetened West Soy brand. I've been sticking with dairy milk lately but don't be afraid to have some. My protein powder has soy isolate in it but it isn't…

White raspberry is probably the only one I could scarf down the whole bar quickly. Cookies and cream is too sweet or something to do that with even though it's good. Chocolate ones just don't do it for me...my homeboy at work is pretty much on exact same page as me so I know it's not just me. But since everyone really…

I'm thinking high protein consumption may be a problem. But in general, you need to eat 200+ calories more than you burn every day. Have you set up your goals on MFP? Find your maintenance calories (the amount you need to eat every day just to maintain weight), figure out how many calories you burn from running, add those…

White chocolate raspberry and mixed berry are really good. Strawberry cheesecake not as good but I'd get again. I enjoyed banana nut enough to get again but only if you like that flavor in general. Not a big fan of the chocolate ones.

Interesting, glazing over it the workouts seem solid. If you feel good on low carbs then cool. I guess the main thing is to be realistic about your muscle mass goals, you're probably not gonna gain any of that at a calorie deficit especially at such low carb intake since gaining muscle takes more calories and a much higher…

Why are your carbs so low? Don't be afraid of 100+ carbs and maybe a little less protein. I think fats are probably ok where they're at. How much do you weigh and how much are you trying to lose? I'm on a short-term fat loss program right now - you should be lifting and doing lots of strength exercise with cardio to burn…

I really like this guy named Scooby, he is kinda weird but enjoyable to look at (he's ripped and always shirtless), his YT channel has different sections depending on what part of your body you want to strengthen. His philosophy is to teach you how to work out at home -strength, cardio, nutrition, supplements, he covers it…

Mine does, I also consume sucralose regularly in other foods like protein bars I have a few times a week

Not sure. Try different things and see what you can handle. I'm doing 30 seconds at a 2.5 or 3 incline and 9.0 + speed. It's challenging for me to do more than 4 of those with a minute walking in between. It'd be better to just sprint up a hill as fast I can..it feels like it takes so long to get from walking to sprinting…

People don't seem to like this suggestion, but for appetite - weed is an option. You could ask your doctor what they think - my doc doesn't have a problem with it. But your medical conditions could be a factor there. Only other thing I can think of is to try to make more shakes or juices, they can be easier to consume than…

Maybe she wasn't incredulous as to the fact that you specifically lost the weight in a healthy and natural way, but more in awe because she rarely sees people do that. Lol. Like no really, you had to have done a trick because nobody does that! If so that's kinda sad but people are lazy

I had some lower right abdominal pain the past couple days and wondered if it could be protein or a supplement I'm taking as well. My guess is it's gas but it still freaks me out a little. I've had minor ab cramps before, apart from menstrual cramps of course. I'm probably averaging about 130 G protein a day which is how…

Sounds good to me, you should be burning a lot of calories it sounds. Do you eat back most of your cals you lost on MWF? If you want to minimize muscle loss, I've read that you shouldn't go under 25% of TDEE maintenance cals. I've also been reading about fasted cardio, which it sounds like you do on those days - it's…

Yes!! I live in Austin, those are really good. I'm craving a hot Krispy Kreme though...I try to stay away from the donut since they have trans fats.
-
Oh, well...they weren't. Except for the one I noted. Hope that cleared that up for ya.

Gotcha, I've heard about CLA. If what I've got doesn't work for me, might check it out. Only planning to be in a deficit pretty short-term though so the bottle I've got may be all I use for that goal. Also, thank you for an actual helpful answer and not being Captain Obvious lol. I'm not stupid guys, if you don't have…

True that, if you'd get it done with food in your belly and later in the day, that's way better than failing at a fasted morning workout and feeling bad about yourself.
