Girl thats EXACTLY where im stuck! I work shift work so I run into this problem also...I work the 7p - 7a schedule...so usually my first night back I stay up all day to = ( So Im stuck being up for 24 hours and 1200 calories lol! But usually I will get up around 3ish Eat shortly after waking up Then around 8:30 at work I eat supper then Ill just eat a snack…

My experience with those types of diets is yes if you stick to it you will loose the weight...but it will come back on quickly!

One thing I love that is quick and easy... take a flour tortilla with some ham or turkey, lettuce, tom, and i put the a 100 calorie pack of guacomole in it! YUMEE!

All u need is: The Cake mix, 20 ounces of diet 7 up and cool whip!! ITS SOOO EASY!!! No eggs, oil...or anything!

Ive done it a couple of times...any cake mix...20 ounces of diet 7 up...bake on 350 for 30 minutes let it cool then you put a thing of sugar free cool whip on top! YUMEEE!!! For WW you cut in into 20 peices and its 1 point per peice! :tongue:

I am the same way! CANT Stand plain water! I bought me a 28 oz sports bottle with a straw from Walmart...they have the flavored water (Propel or Walmart has some that is very good) and it makes it go down WAY quicker. I also put lemon juice and sometimes add some sweet n low...kinda makes it taste like lemonade!! Hope this…

Yes...one time I did only burn like 350...but all the others it was above 400! I agree you do need to get you a calorie counter...they are awesome! I always make sure to take my heart rate all throughout exercising so it is accurate. I got mine at Walmart in the Fitness section for about $30 = )

Hi...I have been doing the 30 day shred...I have a calorie counter watch...and I usually burn anywhere from 400 - 450 calories! And thats NOT STOPPING the entire time! I love it!! But Ive been doing some running the last couple of days so I dont get burnt out!
