If I stick to my usual meals... 200- breakfast 400- lunch 400 - 500 supper then I may have some snacks and with my expercise cals Im ALWAYS under!

Might be the protein shake...when I was using the Whea protein it made me feel bloated!!! Maybe try having your shake before workout??

I LOVE my diet sodas...I mainly drink Diet DP and Diet Big red 1 - 2 a day...I drink water the rest of the time. I dont think its affects weight loss, But that is just my opinion.

I found a 64 oz water bottle that has the built in straw at Walmart...and I either add lemon juice to my water or I buy the flavored water I beleive its Great Value brand (they are all good) That is the only way I can get all my water down.
