Does this happen to anyone else?

If you change your eating habits and lower the bad carbs...Do you ever have trouble consuming your daily amount of calories? Ive noticed that my caloric intake is pretty low for a day...i fit in 3 portioned out meals and usually one snack I do like to have 2 normally but Sometimes just lose track of time and its usually too late to eat...But anyways...even with 2 snacks and 3 meals I'm usually under by 200-sometimes even 400 cals a day

    If I stick to my usual meals... 200- breakfast 400- lunch 400 - 500 supper then I may have some snacks and with my expercise cals Im ALWAYS under!
