Mine is simple....one container of light and fit Greek yogurt (cherry is awesome), plus 1/4 cup muesli or oatmeal....in covered container overnight! To answer a previous question, it is a totally different taste than hot cooked oatmeal...and a quick grab and go breakfast..pre-made.

The best thing for me was bribery. I started by saying "i will wake up early all week and then Saturday I will reward myself with a new clothing item." today was day 1...and I feel so good today from working out before work that I can't wait to do it again tomorrow.

With all due respect, I really could care less if she does it for money or not....as long as I enjoy them and they burn fat and keep me motivated, who cares? Lol

At mcdonalds I get either the grillled chicken honey mustard wrap or the bbq one...250 calories and no, I don't feel a bit guilty about it.

The Mrs. Dash seasonings are AWESOME mixed with some canned chicken breast and a tiny bit of low-fat mayo or brown mustard....YUMMY! :)

Same here. It's been collecting dust since Christmas. Before I got pregnant, I was doing the 30ds because it was on Comcast On Demand for free. After the baby came, I bought the DVD so I could start it again, and it's still in the package. I bought another Jillian DVD that isn't opened either. No more excuses for me. Gotta…
