Oh, my gosh...that was me! Then, as I got older, I discovered that boxed mac'n'cheese makes me exhausted, as in, I have to go to sleep about a half hour after I eat it. I took that as a sign that my body couldn't deal with it and I've nearly stopped eating it. I either just don't have any, I'll make good macaroni and…

You look so incredibly good and you give me hope. Thank you!

Shazaaam! That is amazing!

:flowerforyou: I'm so impressed that you are able to realize that you've reached your goal, even though it isn't the number that you guessed at the beginning. That is an amazing thing to do. Plus, you look absolutely awesome! Congratulations

That is amazing - great job! You must feel wonderful:happy:

My scale actually changes readings if I move it to different places around my room. I suspect that the floor isn't completely level and that is affecting the measurements.
-
sskera - you look so much younger, it is hard to believe the pictures are of the same person! Congratulations!

Don't get too distressed yet. Seriously, 3 pounds would mean you at over 10,000 calories too much yesterday, and that would be a remarkable amount of food. Give it a couple of days...

Wow, Cindy, that is amazing! I just managed to meet my goal today - 196 pounds. Of course, that could be different tomorrow...I like to be below a weight for a couple of days before I decide that I've met a goal  Everyone have a great day!

That is so great! Good job

Boy, I bet you were glad to see that. The scale can be so frustrating. Congratulations on your success.

That is great! I love knowing that I've learned so many new skills, like how to eat just one or two pieces of pizza, or not gorge at a buffet or potluck. It is so cool. Have a wonderful day tomorrow

My calories are about the same as yours (I guess that is one good part of being overweight LOL). If I make good choices all day, I'm hard pressed to eat them all. Some favorite meals include: - a generous serving of plain greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and a teaspoon or two of granola. - a low carb tortilla with a…

Bumping so it goes in my topics...yum!

Another thumbs up for Zumba - it is so much fun! I do haev a few friends who really don't enjoy it, but I have a hard time understanding how. That definitely burns calories.

You all are amazing! I'm so proud of all of you!
-
Wow...you certainly got a good one!
-
I would love more ideas as well. I eat meat but I still never get nearly enough iron, or calcium either. It is so frustrating!
-
That is awesome! Isn't it great? You should toot your own horn, you've done an amazing thing.
-
Fantastic! You've done a great job!

I'm pretty sure that you've gotten the impression that we're all behind you sticking to your own plan. I know how hard it is, but I know you can do it. Whether you go the "oops, I guess I'm too skinny" route, or you just flat out tell her that you don't want to do it, it doesn't matter. Please try to be strong and do the…

Hi Robert...You can do it. This site has been the only thing that has ever worked for me. Stick with it and I'm sure it will work for you, too!
-
I'm anxiously awaiting more answers...I love devilled eggs!
-
That's wonderful! Congratulations.

Don't let the pictures get you down....I have rarely taken a decent picture my whole life. Heck, I even look bad in my wedding photos. On the other hand, if it works as motivation, blow that bad boy up and put it on the fridge!

I like the steamed broccoli slaw as pasta, too. Though I've never managed to get it with the right sauce...must keep trying. Though I really enjoyed the cold sesame sauce, the noodles were just too darn chewy for my liking. I will definitely cut them up next time, and see if that is better.
-
I'm with you...no new clothes until nothing else will stay up. Though packing for a work trip this weekend has been tough. What a wonderful problem to have!
-
I believe that you can use them in regular pasta recipes, as long as they are well rinsed and very, very dry. And they are chewy...
-
That sounds wonderful. I've got a batch in the fridge right now - peanut butter, chicken broth (homemade so low sodium), soy sauce and garlic. I love the sweet chili sauce and lime juice idea. I'll definitely try it!

You are doing a great job! Would you share what you are doing? I need all the inspiration I can get: the one hundreds are so close, yet so far!
