Sit butterfly style and add 10 pd to each thigh and lift up and down for a week. Then add 15 pd until you can do 20 pd on each thigh and lift up and down. It will help the inner and outer thigh shape up. You can also lay on your side and put weights on outer thigh and do leg lifts. Hope this helps.

That happens to me as well so what I do is drink a boost plus 360 calories and has nutrition to boot! I have tried the very vanilla and chocolate. They taste pretty good :)

Welcome and way to go!! I am new here as well and loving MFP. It is easy to track all your foods. I am not active so I definitely exercise to get motivated to have more food. Not sure if that is good or not but it does get me moving! Keep up the good work!

I had my gallbladder removed 2 yrs ago. The pain was unbearable. I had times when I could hardly breath. Getting it removed was the best thing as I feel so much better. Before getting it removed I went on a lowfat diet which helped. Hope you feel better.

I am new as well and I am on 1200 calories. I walk or bike everyday weather permitting. I eat all my exercise calories that I earn. I was a junk food eater before so cutting out all that and replacing it with healthy food was key for me. I just need help on healthy recipes.
