Joanna that is what I am afraid of. The vein is the large saphenous vein from the groin to the ankle. From the groin to the knee it is not working well enough on the right leg. Just a thought....I went to an exercise class that did a great thigh workout. You sit with legs bent and feet are touching. You put weights on your inner thighs and lift up and down. I did 20 pound weights but you can start with a 5 and a 10 pound and work your way up. You just sit and lift it worked well. The trainer said…

Welcome!! The Diary really is great for knowing how many calories u are eating. If I have time I will pre fill my diary with my meals and if I need to make adjustments(picking a more healthier substitute) because of calories I will.
