You could try Ripped In 30 if you ever get bored of the Shred!

The scale is often misleading after a rigorous new routine like the shred - it's nothing to worry about! Essentially, if your muscles aren't used to being used that often, they will start to retain water and swell. Once your body adjusts or you go down to working out 4-5 days a week, you'll see changes on the scale. Your…

I just started a healthy food blog at http://ahealthyhunger.tumblr.com I am a student with a kitchenette and limited time to prepare food. Should be helpful.

It's the non-scale victories that do it for me. Healthier heart rate, being able to run faster and longer, completing challenges like the 30 Day Shred, etc. I find looking at a scale can only take you so far. Seeing an improvement in how your body FUNCTIONS with your improved lifestyle is a huge motivator. Keep track of…

Wow, guys. Thank you so much for your support. After calming down from the initial shock of finding out people were speaking about me that way, I just sat and thought about it and called my mom (what else is a girl to do in a situation like this, right?) and we talked it out and I 100% have decided to move on from people…

yup my thoughts exactly

Well, exactly. There isn't anything wrong with some healthy celebration when you reach a goal. When I go down a pants size I want to stand on the roof with a megaphone and tell it to the world. I understand not liking the overly haughty guys, but I don't think people need to be denigrated for simply having photos of their…

I don't think it's so horrible for someone to work hard to achieve something and then want to show it off a little, especially someplace where people are specifically supposed to be there to be supportive... It's not like they're walking down the street like "HEY LOOK AT MY ABS", they're posting their ab shots on…

I'll try to look for a gluten-free cereal that tastes good and is fortified with iron. I'll also try to look for a unicorn. Hahaha no but seriously I'm glad I'm not royally messing up with my food. I mean, I'm not happy to hear that iron is hard to come by, but I thought I must've been doing something horribly wrong with…

ignore the random "the" there was going to be an expletive and then i decided against it

The one thing we short girls can revel in is the fact that small losses make a real difference on our little frames!

You can sub bananas with anything that has a similar texture (ie sweet potatoes), but nothing will work quite as well without a little help. The reason bananas are used for so many two-ingredient recipes is because of their tendency to act like a batter when mashed.

Added :) As of right now, I'm working my way towards 125 (7 lbs left!) and will then take some time to maintain/work on building more muscle. I'm not sure if 115 will ever actually work for me as at 130-ish I don't look as big as most women do at 5'2 130, so I'm assuming I actually have more muscle mass than I thought and…

In shape :)

I'm 5'2. 7-ish lbs until my goal of 125. UGW is 115.

No problem! This is my favourite way to use those up. :)

Oh my gosh! I just came to the recipes board to post SUCH a similar recipe. Mine is exactly like yours, except with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 2 packets of Splenda added in.

okay thanks guys!

Thanks guys! I'll be on day 1 tonight, hahaha. I've been doing the Yoga Meltdown, but I want something a little more intense now that I'm feeling stronger. As for the crunches, that makes me feel better. I want to exercise my core so badly and be strong, but I don't want to sacrifice the way my body looks right now...…
