I'm keen to be friends too, I'll send you a request.

Or go for the salmon and see if you can swap the risotto for steamed veges?
-
I'd go for the 250g grassfed rump (try to eat about half the steak if you want to be really good - 250g is about 2 servings normally), no chips, and with steamed vegetables, mustard sauce.

Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, chicken breast, brown rice etc. Almnost everything in your food diary is packaged food apart from a some spinach and green grapes on a couple of days. Buy some real food and get rid of the high sodium packaged food, drink plenty of water then you should be in a better place in a few…

Hi there :) we are getting married on 4 May 2013, so not long now - 95 days!! I have lost 32 pounds so far, have approx 13 pounds to go. Going for my first dress fitting this weekend!

On grainy toast with avocado and tomato and some salt, yum. Or baked potato, then put cottage cheese on top, then a cup of salad greens and veges and vinaigrette poured over top!

The food I eat is only non processed food, lots of veges, some fruit, meat/chicken/fish and nuts, along with wholegrain bread and…

I haven't read all these replies, but my goal is net 1200 calories. have a look at my food diary to get an idea of what I eat - I don't go hungry, I have protein and carbs at every meal, 2 pieces of fruit a day and veges with at least 2 meals per day. I don't really snack, if I do its just almonds

I guess most people will know themselves if they are large framed or not..... so do what you think is best :)

I just did this calculation also - I came up with large frame size, which puts me at 65 - 74kg at 168cm, compared to 52 - 71 kg per the BMI. I'm aiming for 68kg so that sounds good to me:) At 52kg I'd be a skeleton!
