You can change these settings. These are just the default and probably based on the government RDA. Go higher protein and lower carb for faster fat loss

Divide your caloric intake over 6-8 meals eating every 2-3 hrs. Eat calorie dense foods. I can do a breakfast shake with 2 scoops of whey, 8 oz whole mile, 1 banana, 2 table spoons of peanut butter and hit 500 calories. Look at other peoples food diary to get some ideas. I know it can be hard but it can be done.

If you are learning to eat properly just keep doing it. That will keep it off. I'm not saying a treat once in a while is bad. Just don't go back to the old habits. They didn't work for you before and they won't as you get older.

Anyone can do this. Stay strong and you can't lose. Get rid of all the stuff in your diet you KNOW you shouldn't be eating. Junk foods, Fast foods, Soda, Candy, Cookie and so forth. 6:28 is my fastest mile. I can't hold that pace for multiple miles. My fastest 5K was like 22 minutes. I started 4 years ago with a 14+ minute mile so I'm pretty happy that at 47 I can run a sub 7 minute mile. I applaud all the accomplishment on here. Way to go people.
