Awesome job!!! You know I measured my thighs too the other day and they went up like 1-2 inches! Husband says its the muscle and it will lean out eventually as I keep at it. Congrats again on surviving month 1! :)

Yes, I'm sure that's what it is. At least, that's what I'm going to keep telling myself. If it hit the end of 4 weeks and still no lbs lost, I'll have to readjust my calories somewhere. Yea. If you look at the nutrition guide that Insanity provides and use their calculations, I would be at 2200 calories. I did it several times to be sure! lol

I'm hanging in there. I had cardio circuit yesterday and was sweating like crazy! I've noticed I'm sweating more and more each time. I assume this is a good thing?! lol I didn't wake up too sore :D but not sure if that's a good thing LOL

Keep on going! Week 2 took a bit more out of me, but the soreness finally wasn't AS BAD. Though I still had to physically move one leg on top of another to cross my legs at my desk! LOL Gotta love Insanity!! :)

Hi everyone! I started Insanity on the 13th and did my 2nd fit test today. My reps definitely improved and I lost 4.5 inches, but have gained 1.5 lbs.
