I have a gazelle I have been using every day. I also invested in a core ball, hand weights. I also have a weight bench I use, but that may not be feasible depending on ur income. I know how that is. I've been heavy for almost as long as I can remember & have had bouts where I'd wrk out all the time only to burn out. Top that off with a hypothyroid diagnosis & then due to increased weight gain over the yrs, I've developed high blood pressure & high blood sugar. I've fallen more times than I care to…

I just weighed in today & was down .2 lbs...but lost an additional 8in in the past wk. I don't fully understand it, but maybe has to do with the circuit training I've been doing along with additional use of weights? Anyone else seeing this as well?

I don't salt anything. I use alot of spices. Some that seem to have a it more salt than they should though. BUt it's true if u cut ur salt intake ull find u have less taste for it.
