I think the trick is when starting out is to not focus on calories just ,yet. Defiantely track EVERYTHING you eat for a month just o figure out your actually calorie intake. Only eat when your hungry and try to leave a little food on your plate each time. Then start swapping bad meals with good healthy versions and try to…

Change your negative thoughts. It sounds cliche but it works. The outside is a reflection of the inside.If your overweight that means your body/mind is out of balance. Meditate on the positive and you'll see the difference. CBT therapy helped me get off the meds and down to a size 8 along with meditation.

I recommend eating protein with EVERY meal even snacks. Protein keeps you full longer and if you are getting shaky eat a small snack like celery and almond butter or a cheese snack to hold you over.Drinking alot of water or tea really helps keep you satisfied,too.

I ate when I wasn't hungry. I was an emotional eater that ate when I was bored or wanted to be comforted.

I love Almond milk. You have to make sure to check for sugar and added ingredients though. Some lmilks can be thick becuase of all the added ingredients. I have a VItamix so I make mine at home.Ive tried Soy and coconut milk but Almond seems to be my favorite.

You do not want to do anything less than 1200 calories. Otherwise your body thinks its starving and it will try to hold on to the fat to survive. Nada Bueno!
