I would love to be your friend! I did this about a year ago and lost 15 lbs. put most of it back on and now I am starting again. We can do this!!! i also started P90x - OMG - what a work out!

I am in - I only have 5 pounds more to lose so it might be a little tough - my goal is to eat 1200 - 1500 a day and exercise at least 30 minutes every day!

I walked 3 miles yesterday and have done nothing today! I had an appt. this morning so I didn't get to work out. My goal tomorrow is to 1. walk for 1 hour 2. stay within 1400 calories 3. drink lots of water. I am going to my mom's tomorrow afternoon so it will be an early start for me!

Ok - Yesterday I 1. walked one hour or 3 miles 2. Ate 1300 calories 3. Did Laundry 4. I think that is it Today I will 1. Do Strength training 2. Do Laundry 3. Eat 1300 -1400 calories. 4. straighten house 5. Drink Water ( I never get all of that in!)

not a walk morning for me - i did strength training - about an hour of weight lifting, sit ups, etc.
