MFP gave me a calorie allowance of 1200 per day to lose between 1-2lbs a week. I found that after the initial few pounds loss that I just couldn't seem to lose much weight at all. When they close their diary for the day it will show up on your homepage as ".... has completed their food and exercise diary etc." then it will have a link for you to view their diary - the other way you can look is to go to their profile page and click on the link there. Hope this helps ;p)

You should make a real concerted effort to eat at least your BMR calories ... these are the calories that your body needs as a minimum to just make your body function as if you were asleep - without all the daily activities added. You can google a bmr calculator to see what your individual bmr is. You need to ask yourself…
