Definitely 30 any day over 80. I run so much better in colder weather and last longer. As others have said, I can warm up but it's harder to cool down while running. Plus, since I live in Florida...it always seems like when it is 80, it is humid.

I also have 50 lbs to lose! I was off and on the last few months but since completing my first half marathon last weekend, I am motivated!! I plan on being on here everyday. Please add me. :)

Just completed my first 1/2 last weekend! But I didn't run the whole time, so doing another one in November, planning on running it. Will be doing some 5K and 10K before then. :)

I also suffer from frequent headaches and migraines. If my headache isn't a migraine, I try to push through and go about my normal exercise and usually it eases up. If my migraine is bad, I can't do anything at all. I would suggest some type of cardio like walking, running, elliptical...along those lines. I have gone to a…

I also run with my dog. She is a lab and absolutely loves to go running with me. I always have her with me, since the times when I need to run (5am or 9pm) it is dark and I am not comfortable going by myself. But it's good exercise for her, too, so it works well. :)

I am new to running (doing the C25K) but I enjoy running in the colder weather so much more than the humid heat! It is invigorating and helps me run farther. I was always underweight until...I had a baby, didn't change my eating habits after my pregnancy, financially stressed over the last two years - emotional eater, had to quit my gym membership due to cost, wasn't exercising enough, getting enough sleep, and still not drinking enough water. But, here to change that!

Growing up, I always drank regular sodas, which was on occasion. Then when I went to college, I started drinking them a lot more so when I realized how much I was gaining from them, I switched to diet coke and have been drinking it for 12 years. I am trying hard to downgrade my addiction and switch to water!
