If I were you I would start SLOW. Change one habit at a time, give it a week or so on one habit then move to the next one it might overwhelm you a little less

food wise, i ate pretty much anything, i dont believe in restricted diets.. but i eat in moderation and try to pay attention to getting the proper amounts of sugars and sodiums (instead of waaay over like before) and get good sources of healty carbs and protiens. but if i want cake i have cake, deprivation leads to bingin…

Sodium levels are INSANE, I just started watching them a few weeks ago when I hit my first plateau, and like you I was SHOCKED. There is a Modells next to Grand Central Station on 42nd st. They have pretty cheap hand weights. : (right off Vanderbilt.. but as far as major streets go, its between 5 ave and lexington if I remember correctly. )
