Well it's new. I am on week 3 of this program and it's great. I'm 155 pounds and on the first week I lost 2 pounds WITHOUT doing her kickstart your metabolism schedule. If I would've done the kickstart for the first week, I'd probably be done more pounds. the second week I lost one pound but I gained muscle which is better…
