I aim for around 150-160g of protein a day. I drink a protein shakes (whey if during the day, casein if before bed and after lifting). Lost 120lbs here. I have a small crease at the bottom of my stomach which is hidden by my underwear. Lifting heavy and time have been the best things for me by far - and continuing to lean out, What I thought was loose skin actually turned out to be fat that eventually leaned out. Overall. Time. Time is your friend.
