Maybe less T.V and more fresh air..? Just saying.....Life is too short to be stuck inside.

If you're a chocolate pudding lover, then try 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder mixed in a cup of plain greek yogurt. Deeeeelicous! And not full of weird chemicals and sugar.
-
Oooooh that sounds fun! I'm in. Always up for a challenge, keeps it interesting! :)
-
lol...uhm....it's not considered a "treat" if you have it every day....I'm completely against soda. If you want to throw a bunch of nasty chemicals into your body every day, then by all means, go for it. How's that working out for you so far...?

Sounds like you're on the right track! Do yourself a favour and take a sledgehammer to your scale. Your tape measure is your new best friend! ;)

I'm with this guy! I'm so sick of people looking for quick fixes. If you want to lose weight then you have to make lifestyle changes/habits. Are you going to eat/drink Isangenix for the rest of your life? No, I didn't think so. Then just eat real food.

Why won't you be able to exercise? A person can exercise anywhere. You can do squats, burpees, lunges, mountain climbers, jump squats, jumping jacks, oh jeepers, I can go on and on. As for foods, it will be a little tough, try and get a little fabric cooler bag and throw in a ice pack. That way you can bring cheese…

Quest bars hands down! If you go to your local supplement store (and if their good) they'll allow you to mix and match your bars and put them in a box. That way you can sample a few. My fav is the cocounut cashew or the cinnamon roll..or the..well you get my drift :p

Glad you're back! What lifestyle/habits have you changed to make you focused this time?
-
Burpees, mountain climbers, skipping, or any body strength exercise.

I have a desk job too! And I eat all day long breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, then dinner. Some of my snacks have been: baby bells, sliced veggies(carrots/green and red peppers/cucumbers/brocoli) and tzakiki, almonds, apples, cheese strings, hard boiled eggs, plain oatmeal with cinnamon and dried…

Take a sledghammer to your scale...Seriously...The best way to stay focused on your goals is by your measurements and by the way your clothes feel. So you gained a pound..so what? There's so many factors.....muscle gain, water retention, time of the month, etc. Never let your scale get the better of you! Chin up and stay…

How about picking up the fresh ingredients yourselves and make a night of it and have fun in the kitchen! That way you can control how the food is prepared also. My fiance and I love cooking, we have a blast! :)

Take a sledgehammer to your scale. Seriously. You want to know if you're losing body fat? By your measurements and by the way your clothes fit. It really is simple as that. :)

I'm from Ottawa!! Add me up! :)

My favourite would be a quick shake: Unsweetened almond milk, ground flax, french vanilla whey protein and a couple of strawberries. Quick and delicious!

If you're consistently working out and eating healthy, real food then you've probably added some muscle. Always remember, muscle weighs more than fat. So that's why you've been losing inches and not so much the weight. Stay focused, you're doing great! :)

I log/scan everything that goes into my mouth. The things you don't think have anything in them, usually do. Like ketchup and creamer, for instance, has quite a bit of sugar in it. Don't trick yourself into thinking something has nothing. That's what the scanner is there for. Always be accountable of what you put into your…

Listen to your body. It's screaming for fuel! The healthier and more often you eat the higher your metabolism kicks into gear. Every meal/snack should have some sort of protein. That's what gives you that "full" factor. You should be eating something every 2-3 hours. But keep it healthy. Example..almonds, greek yogurt, hard…

The quicker people drop the "D" word and realize this is a lifestyle change, the better everyone will be. Diets don't work, if they did, things like this wouldn't exist. It's about eating real food and maintaining a healthy active lifestyle. What is real food? Veggies, fruits, meats, chicken, fish, etc. If you can't…
-
I'm in the same boat! To me this is a lifestyle change, so I don't have the "D" word in my vocabulary. Eating clean and maintaining a healthy active lifestyle is what I'm aiming to acheive! :) I log everyday all day!
-
It's all about the measurements. Always keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so the scale really isn't the best option. So I always go by my clothes and measurements. Good luck! :)
-
The only advice I have is to remove the word diet out of your vocabulary. If you want to achieve your goals it will have to be a lifestyle change. Until you change your perception on your healthy lifestyle and daily habits, you will remain the same. You had a bad meal, so what, tomorrow is another day. :)

After a quick check, the first thing I've noticed was that your sugar intake is extremely high. I bet if you cut that in half you'll notice changes right away with just doing that.

If anything eating in the morning (before your workout) will rev up your metabolism! And don't be afraid of adding protein in your meals, especially breakfast. If you want something quick, yummy, and super healthy, make yourself a protein shake before you leave the house :)
