I've given up so many things I can not give up my half and half!

Yes, your body uses more energy when either colder or hotter than "normal" (somewhere around room temperature).

If you really want them get them. But you are seriously a hottie and your real ones look very fine to me.

Can you provide more detail as to what she is doing? I mean , like, a lot of detail....

Peanut flour is basically the same thing: http://proteinplusflour.com/ You just need to add your own salt and sweetner and it is the same as PB2.

If you are thinking "good for you" how about giving them a smile rather than refusing to look at them?

This (in the form of CO2)

My only advice is to eat as soon as you get up so by the time to get to the gym you have some food energy.

I got jock itch from using one of those bath puff things - turns out they are a breeding ground for it (and athlete's foot which is the same fungus).

My afternoon "snack" is 4 tablespoons of hemp protein, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and a dropper of stevia.

Without a doubt! :flowerforyou:

1/2 cup Fiber one original cereal, 120g cottage cheese, 1 banana, 1 cup milk = ~485 calories

What's with all the bumps? Sort of annoying when you are looking for feedback on the recipe. Who cares if your going to make them? I want to know about how they were after you made them. I've made these three times now and have enjoyed them every time. Once I forgot to oil the muffin pan and they got pretty sticky. I…

Skim milk for drinking and cereal, cream for coffee and ice cream, butter for cooking, baking and on veggies.... that's how I roll.

I doubt high blood sugar has a major cognitive affect. If you think about it - the sugar is in your blood not your brain so why would it have a large affect on your brain? If we assume the sugar went directly from your blood to your brain (all your cells in fact) this would seem like a more plausible explanation for the…

I doubt it is hyperglycemia as that is typically only felt by diabetics. But while your body may eliminate the sugar from your blood that doesn't mean it won't cause you feelings related to it's digestion. I'm a diabetic and can try to describe it. Thirst that can't be quenched, muscle pain/cramps - especially in the legs…

All these studies say is that the diet sodas make you crave sugar more which means you eat more. But, if you are aware of what you eat, like tracking it on a website for example, it most likely does not apply in the least.

I'm a diabetic and still get a lot of my carbs through sugar - Cottage cheese, tomatoes, yogurt, onions, peppers, zucchini, bread, fruit. I think if you're consuming it with lots of fiber, fats and protein the affect on blood sugar is much less.

Exactly. When a man says work out you do it. When a man says lose weight you do it. Remember this has nothing to do with your feelings - you only exist to please him /sarcasm

There is MFP the application and MFP the forum. These are two different things. You can easily just use the application and find a different forum to visit. Not using the app because of the forum is just a pathetic excuse.

I eat is with either cereal, fruit or vegetables. I would love to hear how people cook with it. Fruit: I usually have field berries (high vitamins, lower carbs, lots of fiber) and a few nuts Veggies: cucumber, cherry tomatoes, peppers with some hemp oil, and black pepper Cereal: with my Fiber 1 and maybe a banana Other…

LOL, you don't like seeing nakedness but you're willing to engage in physical conflict with a naked man? Aren't you afraid they will wrestle with you?
-
Wow I had no idea. You just made my week!

You are my hero!! :D :D

LOL, if we are just judging by this thread I think she is right.

I love hanging out with the naked old dudes in the YMCA. I might be a nudist at heart - I find it very liberating.

I've noticed this too. I think your theory is partially right but I also think the Polars include your basal rate - IE: they record calories you would have burned just sitting around. So when you exercise longer it shows you burned more calories even if the work done is the same. Just my guess.

Interesting fact: Your fat isn't pee'd out, it's breathed out - as in CO2.

I have watched a lot of youtube videos by top bodybuilding to help learn proper form. These guys are typically NOT grunting.
