I am in week 1 of my plan to lose 70 pounds. I have a trainer twice a week and am working out myselt three other days. I have no problem with the working out, just the eating. I LOVE food. I am hungry. How do I get over this? She

Hi, My name is She. I have a personal trainer 2x a week, need to lose 70 pounds and I don't really have my head into it. I have lost before and gained, done a lot of yo yo dieting and am in menopause so I have not been able to lose much. I can do the working out part, but it's the diet I have trouble with. Any help out…
