  • I too am trying to stay under or around 1200 calories a day. I have been lucky with Activia Light Fat Free yogurts all have only 70 calories, Kashi Lean Granola Bars fill me up for Breakfast. Lunches I have been having a lean cuisine meal under 300 calories and eating my main meal at Dinner.
