Don't worry, I got it  Now that I think about it, I've seen huge rolls of John Wayne-toilet paper in some public restrooms (i.e. train station) but I've never seen it in a supermarket, that's why I asked  Also, I forgot to add jam to the list. If I can't have home-made jam, it'd better be damn delicious.

Geez, what kind of toilet paper do they sell in the US? I buy the cheapest I can find and I never noticed any difference. Anyway: coffee, beer, chocolate, electronics.

I don't really like wine or drinks but I love beer and I used to drink a lot with my friends. Now I'll have one beer instead of six and I'll walk to the pub instead of inviting my friends at home. So far, so good.

Glass of water --> GI tract --> blood --> kidneys ---> bladder ---> pee there are no closed compartments. you will pee all the water your body doesn't need.

I finally managed to do 5x75 without taking one month break in between! Soooo happy! :drinker:

TBC and Ab Intervals done. I struggled with Abs, if I get up too fast for the cardio recovery I always feel a bit dizzy and today was slightly worse because of TOM, so I had to hit pause a few times. Nevermind :)

Thanks!! Can't wait to try it! Today I made butternut squash risotto. 500 kcal

Oh God, I want to know every single ingredient you put in that heavenly wok

Do you think I should eat back my exercise calories?
-
Italian-approved! This is pretty much the traditional italian recipe for pizza dough, except for instant yeast

The whole process is full of inaccuracies and estimates. That is 100% true. BMR, TDEE, daily activity, food intake, exercise calories, they're all estimates and you can't be 100% sure. Hence, it's a good idea to have some margin of error. BUT If you set your activity level to sedentary AND round up when…

Legit.
-
oh yeah

I usually eat back my NET exercise calories, aka the calories I burned during exercise minus the calories I would've burned if I had slept all along. I don't have a HRM, I use MFP or Shapesense to estimate the (gross) burn.…

This, this and this

I think you're a living example that they do get better! :flowerforyou:

I don't, but I like nutella on salty snacks.

I agree that you shouldn't really worry about your diet, but don't give up exercising if you can. It won't ease the pain but it can help your mood and energy level. My workout time has always been like a sacred temple where pain and worries are not allowed to enter. It's not a magic bullet, but it can help. Of course,…

I'll try it soon! thanks for sharing!

Week 4 done! (I started on Sunday so today was my Friday) Ab intervals and Speed make a very good combo!
-
Veggies and chickpeas! I usually pick peppers, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Great for packing lunch!
-
yay!

I find your lack of bump disturbing.

MFP sugar limit is stupid low for healthy people, ignore it. I think it should be fixed asap. I bet lots of people cut on fruit because of that.

What about superman exercises? They can't shed the fat, but I think they're very useful for toning.

I could probably enjoy burpees and pike-ups if he grabbed my hips. For educational purposes, of course. I know he's gay but it doesn't mean I'm blind  (just did another TBC and my brain is shutting down, yes)
-
this, and not only in the US.

Keep upping your cals and see what happens. Maintenance is a range, and online calculators are often wrong. Besides, I'm 5'2, not overweight and 1400 is my BMR. Exercising is good for your overall health and everything, but "earn your calories with cardio" is a slippery slope to madness, IMHO.

LOL, I'm going to die. You can have my dumbbells

Ahahah don't worry, I live in Europe!
