Well, I'm a short girl too and I lose weight slower than a big man, but 10 lbs lost make a big difference on me and they're hardly noticeable on said big man. Things even out. And I bet I'd be hungrier if I was a big man.

We have a very similar shape and I'd call that a big difference! Look at that midsection! :) I'll be posting my own progress pics when I hit 132lbs/60kg... Hopefully it won't take long. Meanwhile, I'll be lurking for inspiration. You're all awesome

Nine Inch Nails. Trent is my favourite workout buddy :ohwell:

Yay for rolling! I skipped a Monday because of a mini-holiday and came back fully restored and carb-loaded. Squat 75kg 5x5 (same as last time but it felt easier) Overhead Press 30kg 5x5 (damn! I thought I had got past the dreaded plateau... damn you, OHP) Deadlift 67.5kg 1x5 Upright barbell row 30kg 3x8 Glute bridge 12.5kg…

I got a lot of advice on the same topic: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1261756-breakfast-ideas Oatmeal and an hard-boiled egg is now my go-to breakfast. If I can't cook at home I just grab a filthy candy bar or some cookies

This! Once you start lifting, pics and measurements become the best gauge of your progress.

Squat 75kg 3x5 Bench 45kg 4,3,1 (no one around to spot me so I played it safe... maybe too safe. I'm happy anyway) then 40kg 2x5 Barbell row 42.5kg 5x5 but I still can't get all five reps to my chest... Work in progress! Upright barbell row 30kg 3x8 Superset: dumbbell side lateral raise 4kg and glute barbell bridge with…

Those things should be factored in your activity level. After wearing a FitBit for a couple of months and comparing my "actual" daily burn to MFP's estimated daily burn, I realized that "sedentary" literally means sitting on your butt all day. All. Day. If you're doing a tiny bit of slow walking, shopping, cleaning,…

Your weight is already in the healthy range, so losing the last pounds will be a slow process, even without medications. For your goals, losing 2-4 lbs a month is ideal and will help you transition to maintenance. Keep it simple and sustainable!

Yep. I have the same stats and my TDEE is around 2100. By the way, MFP's estimates for walking and running are quite accurate if you enter time and distance (you don't really need an HRM for that, there are tons of free smartphone apps), and HRMs won't be accurate for circuit training because it's not steady state cardio.…

Short workout because I was short on time :( Squat 75kg 5x5 (1.25kg plates were taken so I went for 75kg... yay) Overhead press 30kg (the aforementioned squats drained the life out of me... I'll do 32.5kg again next time) Deadlift 65kg 1x5 Upright dumbbell row 10 kg dumbbells 1x8 Dumbbell side lateral raises 5kg 3x8 Leg…
