I agree, and would suggest doing the swimming on an empty stomach to maximize the fat burning. For the evening I would look into a pre-workout supplement to give you that energy after a long day.

Its really what works best for you, but rest days should be in your schedule. -helps to not get burned out -helps muscles get stronger -Some people use on/off days such as on 3 days off 2 or on 2 off -Others use the weekend as off days

The amount of time spent in the gym does not affect weight loss as much as the diet. I would say- 20 min cardio, 20 min weights, 10 cardio and with a solid diet changes will easily come.

Don't focus so much on the scale. Motivation is in the mirror. The problem with weighing is that bodyweight can change daily of up to 5 pounds, with water, food and various other factors. If you really want to use a scale my suggestion is once a week and in the morning. But only use that as a extra point of view, like I…
