If you have carbs to spare... (oh how i miss them) pita chips, bread, and pretzels are good. I've also added a little lemon juice and paprika, and dipped chicken skewers in it (YUM!).

Tuna fish (light) packaged in water w/ no salt. Easy to pack for on-the-go, and no cooking required. 165g can = 191 cal, 50mg cholesterol, 0g carb, 42g protein.
