Saturday I weighed 194.8, this morning I weighed 197. Water weight, regular bowel movements and speed of digestion affect how our weight fluxuates (sp) as well.

That's why I leave it alone and only weigh in Mondays. My progress is good when I stay motivated and do what needs to be done, but that scale is my enemy. It's the one thing that can tear my motivation down in a heartbeat. If I even weigh every 2 days I get discouraged.

If you are having unprotected sex and are no longer on birth control it is a very REAL possibility that it isn't showing up on an over the counter test but will show up with a blood test at your doctor's office.
