  • You just have to keep reminding your self why. Is it to be healthy for your kids and set a good example? Is it see the scale move? my biggest motivator is being healthy to see my childs graduate college and get married, and to retire with my hubby so we can travel the world.
  • I lost 3 lbs in 4 days, but then gained it back after the initial 7 day start. My first time I made it to week 8 before going on vacation. I noticed a definite change in shape to my arms and you will notice that the workouts will get easier as you keep doing them.
